Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac Lugano, Lugano

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, right on the lake and close to the train station. The dining experience was pleasant, although the food options were not as rich as expected. Overall, a great value for the price.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were really nice and clean, with a lovely balcony, but there was a mix-up with the allocation due to similar surnames with another guest. The location was excellent, right in front of the lake and within walking distance to Lugano's main attractions. The service was a bit of a letdown as I felt pressured to pay for damages despite insurance coverage. The dining options were hit and miss, with limited choices at a slightly high price.

However, the elevator issue slightly affected the overall experience. The dining was a bit hit or miss, with a splendid feast but lacking some basic items like a toaster. The value for money was decent considering the fresh products served.
